We collect only what you send us, use it only to help you, and never sell it.

Who we are

VERONE Digital is a local SEO, website and automation studio in Toronto, Ontario. This policy covers veronedigital.com and the ways you contact us. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

  • What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, website, category, city, the services you are interested in, your budget range and any notes.
  • What you send us directly by email, phone, text or WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and keeping the site running.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To prepare your free Map Audit or Fix-Up and reply to your request.
  • To provide and bill for services you ask us for.
  • To keep basic business and tax records.

We will not add you to a mailing list or sell, rent or trade your information. We only contact you about the request you made, unless you ask us to.

Who handles it

We use a few trusted providers to run the site and our inbox:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google (Gmail) stores our email.
  • Payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal process card and PayPal payments. We never see or store your full card details. Interac e-Transfers go through your own bank.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. Each one protects it under its own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as Canadian tax and business rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email team@veronedigital.com or call (437) 450-1369 and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
