Who we are

VERONE Digital ("we", "us") provides local SEO, Google Business Profile, website and automation services from Toronto, Ontario. By buying a service from us, you ("you", the client) agree to these terms.

Our services

Each service includes what is listed on our pricing page, the relevant service page, or a written quote we send you. If a written quote and this page differ, the quote wins.

• Google Maps Fix-Up: a one-time job, delivered within 48 hours of payment and the access or details we need.
• Monthly Local SEO plans: ongoing work, billed monthly in advance.
• Websites and automation: projects with the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule set out in a written quote.

No ranking guarantees

Google decides rankings, and no one can honestly promise a position. We guarantee the work described, done well and on time, and clear reporting on the results. We do not guarantee a specific rank, number of calls or revenue.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your business.
• Access to your Google Business Profile as a manager (never your password), or your help applying changes we send you.
• Reasonable responses to our questions so we can keep to our timelines.

Delays on your side may move our delivery dates by the same amount.

Payments

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. No HST is added at this time.
• We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and Interac e-Transfer. We never see or store your full card details.
• One-time services are paid before work starts. Monthly plans renew automatically each month.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel any time, with no notice and no fee, from the "Manage subscription" link in our footer or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You can also switch plans: upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge, and downgrades apply from your next billing date.

Refunds

• Google Maps Fix-Up: if you are not happy, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.
• Monthly plans: months already started are not refunded, since the work is underway. If we fail to deliver what your plan includes in a month, tell us and we will make it right or refund that month.
• Projects: refunds follow the payment schedule in your written quote.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will always try to fix the problem first.

Ownership

Your Google Business Profile, website, domain, accounts and data are yours, always. Once paid for, the content and work we create for you is yours to keep and use, even if you stop working with us.

Liability

We take care with our work, but we are not responsible for decisions made by Google or other platforms, such as ranking changes, profile suspensions or policy updates. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy a service applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
